Jesse Meadors is one of only two recruiters I've worked with in the past 7 years that has really, truly impressed me. To better explain this, you have to think of recruitment in terms of the quality of the positions and the quality of the recruiter. Jesse brings both: -The position offered was extremely niche, and an extremely good fit. It was obvious that Jesse had done his research before contacting me. -Working with Jesse was equally as high-quality. He checked in with me at every step of the process. He was familiar with the company. He briefed me before the interviews so that I had an understanding of a very complex organization. And lastly, and most importantly, he addressed my doubts about making a career move, and genuinely cared about the outcome of the entire process being positive for everyone involved. I understand the amount of negativity people have towards the recruitment process, and I would say 99% of my interactions with recruiters on here reinforce that. Jesse is the 1% that other recruiters should strive to be.

I started working with Jesse Meadors and his team in the spring of 2017 when we were building up our Security organization. We hired about 25 people globally for the security org from May 2017 to March 2018 and I would not have been so successful with this ramp up without Jesse’s assistance; of those 25 hires, 18 were in the US and 3 of the key hires came from Jesse. In addition to the hires we made from him, he sent us several candidates who improved our pipeline and gave the hiring team viable options to select from. Tutela was also responsible for a difficult hire in IT and the two candidates who made it to the final round for that role came from them. Jesse is a valuable partner, he listens, is responsive, works within the parameters I set with him, has a lot of integrity and a good sense of humour.
