Jesse Meadors is one of only two recruiters I've worked with in the past 7 years that has really, truly impressed me.
To better explain this, you have to think of recruitment in terms of the quality of the positions and the quality of the recruiter. Jesse brings both:
-The position offered was extremely niche, and an extremely good fit. It was obvious that Jesse had done his research before contacting me.
-Working with Jesse was equally as high-quality. He checked in with me at every step of the process. He was familiar with the company. He briefed me before the interviews so that I had an understanding of a very complex organization. And lastly, and most importantly, he addressed my doubts about making a career move, and genuinely cared about the outcome of the entire process being positive for everyone involved.
I understand the amount of negativity people have towards the recruitment process, and I would say 99% of my interactions with recruiters on here reinforce that. Jesse is the 1% that other recruiters should strive to be.
